We are hosting a Yankee Candle fundraiser for the Yankee Candle Fall 2017 Catalog! AGS earns 40% of each sale/purchase made using our group number 999977698 on this link. Proceeds help pay for our State Convention, Regional Conference, Scholarships, Awards & Sashes, etc. The Gamma Epsilon chapter is focused on assisting our local boys & girls chapter as part of our state project. Proceeds also help us in completing our state project by assisting us in providing supplies or support that they may need.
AGS will be hosting a potluck style banquet meeting on Friday, December 8th from 3:30 pm to 5 pm in room L109. SERVICE SHEETS ARE ALSO DUE THIS DAY BY 5 PM! RSVP here, this is necessary to ensure we have enough food for everyone.
Please make sure to get all of your points for AGS completed BEFORE this date. Permanent members need 15 with AGS, and 15 without AGS. Non-permanent members need 100 total points; 60 with AGS, 30 without, and 10 either with or without AGS. We will also be hosting a potluck on December 8th.
AGS will be selling pies for $10 each up until the 28th of November. The last day to pre-order pies is on Tuesday, November 21st. Please fill out this link to order pies and help support us fundraise for the busy semester ahead of us. We will be selling Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Banana Cream Pie!
We will be hosting a Halloween Themed General Meeting on October 20th. Please bring enough refreshments and snacks to share! Come dressed in school appropriate costume or spooky attire.
This event will provide the LMC community a chance to learn about current events and leadership skills. It will be held on October 6th, 9 am - 3 pm in room L-109. Space is limited so please RSVP by September 28th at www.losmedanos.edu/studentlife. We would love for as many members to attend as possible so we will not be holding a general meeting on this day.
Please fill out this survey as soon as possible so we are able to effectively plan future fundraisers/outreach activities based on member availability. ALL volunteers MUST sign up for ANY event that they wish to earn points for. We often limit the amount of volunteers at our events, which means if you did not sign up we reserve the right to turn you away at that event. If you sign up for an event that you are unable to attend, let an executive board member or our fundraising officers know immediately so that they are able to open your spot up to another volunteer. If you fail to alert one of these officers of your absence, it may/will result in a ban from your volunteering at sales/events for a certain amount of time.
Welcome AGS alumni and prospective students to the new semester! We will be hosting our annual orientation on August 18th in room L109 from 3 pm to 4 pm. Please stop by to share your experiences and to learn more about what AGS has to offer this semester! Prospective students will learn much more about what AGS stands for as well as how to join the club. We look forward to seeing you all there!
Join us on May 12th from 4PM-8PM at 701 Rio Grande Ct. Brentwood, CA. 94513 to commemorate all the hard work we’ve done as a club. We will have some games, food, announce the winners of the elections, and scholarships.
Attendance is mandatory for all members applying for executive board or scholarships.
We are offering points for bringing an entree dish for 5 points, and 3 points for snacks or drinks (chips, 12 pack of soda, etc). You will be able to earn a max of 8 points for bringing food. There will also be points for setup and breakdown.

As AGS members, we know the hard work and dedication throughout every semester. AGS cares about their members and year after year is determined to raise enough funds to help not only our community, but the students that make all this possible, you guys! We would like to award those that have shown excellence in academics as well as participation in AGS events.
